Chuck Moore is the president and founder of the Educational Literacy Center located in the state of Kentucky. 

Chuck is a Certified Cash Flow Consultant, Certified Athletic Marketing Consultant and Certified Athletic Financial Consultant.

Over the last 28 years, Chuck has helped hundreds of families in the area of personal and college financial literacy issues and has helped many student-athletes when it comes to marketing themselves for athletic scholarships. 

He is the only advisor in the country that has been approved to conduct EILA (professional development courses) to all guidance counselors, principals, athletic directors and school administrators by three State Departments of Education when it comes to addressing the high cost of a college education, family personal financial literacy issues and athletic marketing concerns.

While in high school Chuck received several full athletic scholarships from Division I and Division II colleges in two different sports.  He has coached at different levels and personally knows how college coaches view the recruiting and athletic marketing process.

Chuck provides educational programs and consulting to assist and educate families of college bound students, CPAs, Athletic Directors, Athletic Coaches and other financial  professionals.

He also provides college and personal financial literacy assistance to employees of corporations and hospitals on addressing college affordability and personal financial concerns.     

Chuck conducts financial literacy training courses to CPAs, past college athletes, past/present high school/college coaches, guidance counselors, bankers, realtors, mortgage brokers and financial consultants on college financial literacy, athletic marketing and personal financial literacy issues across the United State.
